CANCELLATION POLICY:
All tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
In the event that your session is canceled, your tickets will remain valid for future use. Any unscanned tickets can be redeemed at the same location, on any date in the future. Please note that tickets are valid until the end of the campaign when we leave the location. Tickets can only be used once.
WEATHER POLICY:
Joy Jumps is a weather dependent event and does not open up in the rain.
At Joy Jumps, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Since our event is weather dependent, we do not operate during rain. We recommend checking the local weather report before your scheduled session. In case of inclement weather conditions that would pose a risk to our customers and staff, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or strong winds, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. If this happens, we will notify you via email and SMS, and your visit will be postponed.
If your visit is postponed, don’t worry! Your tickets will still be valid for any available sessions between now and the end date. However, if tickets are not redeemed by the final weekend, refunds will not be issued. If we cancel the final weekend, we will refund all tickets.
We understand that changes can be inconvenient, but we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at Joy Jumps. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible to ticket holders via email and SMS. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you soon at Joy Jumps!
DATE CHANGE POLICY:
On rare occasions we may have to reschedule the event. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled date they are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the event. Joy Jumps will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).
SESSION TIME CHANGE POLICY:
For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.
EVENT OFFERING CHANGES:
Our goal is always to deliver the full Joy Jumps experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.
NON-TRANSFERABLE POLICY:
Tickets are non-transferable between locations and cannot be redeemed at other locations. Tickets must be redeemed at the location they were purchased for. Under no circumstances can tickets be transferred between locations.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Joy Jumps has the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record you and/or your child/ward and use your and/or your child’s/wards’ name, face, likeness, voice and appearance for exhibitions, publicity, advertising, and promotional materials without reservation or limitation. We can also use your email and phone number for promotions and discounts provided to us. You may unsubscribe to emails from Joy Jumps at any time.
SAFETY POLICY:
- No Sharp objects
- No Shoes
- No Flipping or Cartwheeling
- No Rough Play
- No Pushing
- No Jumping from Slides
- No Climbing on periphery inflatable walls
- No Pregnant Jumper
- No Smoking
- No Food or Drinks in the inflatables
- Must Follow instructions from Joy Jumps Staff
- Children under the age of six (6) must be monitored and supervised by parents at all time
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
All guests must agree and sign the Joy Jumps Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement before entering the Joy Jumps event and/or facilities. No exceptions. The agreement is available at Waiver
